Ralph Beadle

 

Ralph began writing business for Germania in 1975 after a friend told him that the company needed an agent in the Lubbock area.  He could not ignore the opportunity that presented itself.

Ralph says he owes a lot of his success to his staff.  “Without my team there is no way I would have made it this far.”  The hard work he and his staff exhibit has paid off. Through the years Ralph’s agency has received the Germania Gold Star Award, the Property/Casualty Texas Star Award and several other recognitions. 

 

 

 

 

Ralph also attributes his success to his strong customer service ethics. He believes that the customer service an agent provides to policyholders will make or break an agency. 

Ralph enjoys being able to help others.  He makes every effort to be around at the time of a loss, no matter what time of day. 

Ralph believes the best thing an agent can do to create and maintain a successful agency is to be prepared to service your customers in their time of need. “As agents, it is our responsibility.  If you’re not willing to make that sacrifice, you may limit your success.”

He is also proud to have served as an elected member of the Board of Directors for Germania Farm Mutual, Germania Insurance Group, and the Germania Purchasing Group.

Ralph is the husband of Linda Beadle and the proud father to one son and one daughter.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
Cloie Muncy

Cloie has been with Beadle Insurance Agency since 1991. Her years of experience have helped her develop a depth in understanding the needs people present to her in their insurance matters. She is always willing to assist clients with their questions and concerns. The personal relationships she develops with her clients provide a key asset to the success of the business.

Cloie is the proud mother of two daughters, a grandson, and two granddaughters.

Rhonda Norris

Insurance Agent

 

Rhonda holds an Accredited Customer Service Representative designation as well as a Professional Insurance Woman of Texas designation as a result of continuing education studies.  She has served as president of the local chapter of Insurance Women of Lubbock and as regional director for the Federation of Insurance Women of Texas.

Rhonda is married to Bob and they are proud parents of 3 children and two grandchildren.

Rhonda has been with Beadle Insurance Agency since April of 2009.  With 22 years experience in the insurance industry, she understands your needs and concerns and will work diligently to be sure you understand the products you are purchasing.
