Beadle Insurance Agency has been part of the Lubbock community since the early 1980s, founded by Ralph Beadle — a man who spent his career serving this city as a local fire chief before building an agency that would carry his name for decades. That kind of origin story isn't something you manufacture. It's something you inherit, and we don't take it lightly.
When Kenny and Rhonda Norris purchased the agency, nothing about what made Beadle Insurance the agency it is has changed. Same phone number. Same office on Slide Road. Same staff who've built relationships with clients over years — sometimes over decades. The ownership structure changed. The people didn't.
We're a family-owned, independent insurance agency, and we represent many carriers — Germania, Progressive, Travelers, GEICO, The General, and more — so we can shop coverage on your behalf instead of steering you toward whatever one company offers. That's always been how this agency operates, and it's how we'll keep operating.
Meet Kenny and Rhonda Norris
Rhonda Norris
Owner/Agent
Rhonda has been in the insurance industry since 1987. Starting out as receptionist and obtaining her license in 1990 she acted as a Customer Service Representative in personal lines and data entry specialist until 1999 when she accepted a position as an agency manager and later became a stock holder and General Manager.
Rhonda began working at Beadle Insurance as a Producer in 2009. Rhonda handles, commercial and personal insurance and has thoroughly enjoyed developing relationships and helping our beadle customers understand their insurance coverages as well as helping them get the best value for their money. Rhonda holds her ACSR (Accredited Customer Service Representative) designation as well as her PIWT (Professional Insurance Woman of Texas) designation. She was active in the Lubbock Insurance Association holding many offices and chairs including President for 3 terms as well as holding the title of Regional Director for the Federation of Insurance Women of Texas.
Rhonda has been married to Bob for 46 years and has 3 adult children, 3 grandchildren, and 3 sweet small dogs at home.
Kenny Norris
Owner/Agent
Kenny has been serving clients in the insurance industry for more than 16 years. He joined Beadle Insurance in 2010, where he earned his Property and Casualty insurance license and has since become an integral part of the agency's success.
Kenny oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring clients receive exceptional service while supporting the agency's continued growth. He is committed to helping individuals and families find insurance solutions that provide confidence and peace of mind.
Outside of the office, Kenny enjoys traveling with friends and family, attending concerts and sporting events, and spending time with his dogs.
Logan Presley
Agent
Logan joined Beadle Insurance Agency in 2021 after earning his insurance license in 2019. As a valued member of our team, Logan assists both new and existing clients by helping them find the right insurance solutions, processing payments, and answering everyday policy questions. He is committed to providing friendly, dependable service and making the insurance process as smooth as possible for every customer.
Outside of the office, Logan enjoys spending time with his girlfriend Izzy and attending concerts whenever he gets the chance.
Alexander Beames
Office Support
Alexander joined our team in July 2025 and serves as an important part of our office support staff. He assists with answering phone calls, processing payments, and providing backup support for our agents to help keep the office running smoothly.
As he continues to learn the insurance industry, Alexander is working toward earning his Property & Casualty insurance license so he can become even more involved in serving our clients and supporting our team.
Outside of the office, Alexander enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, Abbi, his family, and their pets. He's also a self-proclaimed video game connoisseur who appreciates everything from classic favorites to the latest releases.
